I'm not sure I will ever achieve slender ... never mind skinny ... but I am going to be fit and healthy one of these days! This is a journal of my journey from 415 pounds to wherever God intends me to be. It won't be easy ... and it won't always be pretty! But it will be my journey and one worth documenting!

Sorry, I didn't get around to post to your Friday Fragments. I only got to visit 5 or 6 fragmenters this weekend. As you probably noticed, I haven't had a chance to post a blog either. But I am working toward getting caught up!

Add to your list the following advice:
Do not buy cupcakes in mass quantities for a birthday whilst dieting.
Also, do not eat nine of those cupcakes in 3 days.
