Monday (Morning Check In)

My goal for the coming 10 weeks is to lose 30 pounds (3 pounds per week). I'm not sure what a reasonable muscle gain goal would be. I may look into that later. For now I will be happy to see body fat go down and Lean Body Mass percentage go up.
I got everything done this weekend that I needed to do to be ready to hit the ground running today. I'm terribly sleepy because we were up a bit later than normal watching a movie but I still set my alarm for 6:30 and was up by 6:35. I had a mixed berry smoothie for breakfast and I am drinking water. Also wearing my body bugg and I have my duffel bag packed with pool gear so I can go to Water Aerobics after work.

It is cold here, too....no rain yet though.
Good for you for getting up promptly. That is my issue these days...I keep putting off an early rise...and when I do get up early I always have better days! Keep up the good work!
