Uh oh!

I guess I overdid it a bit last night. By the time I got home from work tonight I was shaking from pain and exhaustion. Bert took one look at me and said an hour (aerobics yesterday) was too long and when I go back next week I need to start out at about 20 minutes at a time. Hopefully it won't take too long to build my strength back up.
