Here we go again ...

Among other challenges, we had a potluck lunch at work today. I brought chicken enchilada soup (yum) and if I had stuck with just that all would have been well! But of course I didn't do that. I had cornbread and a sugar cookie and a piece of cake and a virgin margarita and ... well ... you get the picture!

I packed my swimsuit, etc. and threw the bag in my truck this morning so I could go to Water Aerobics after work if I was so inclined. It's a little after 4:00 now and I am feeling far more inclined to go home and watch the Olympians exercise rather than do it myself! I am just really tired and I have a headache. Probably sugar induced. Sigh. I'll pull it together eventually!
