Quick Follow-Up re:Knees

A comment from my mom made me realize that I hadn't been very specific regarding specific outlook/expectations re:knee shots. Dr. Movva said not to expect much, if any, improvement until about a week after the third shot. For some people it takes longer. Obviously I would rather feel good much faster than that but I will try to be patient.

Salmon's in the oven. Making salads to go with it. Some days diet food is downright awesome!
