Spending the day sitting in a recliner with a pillow and a laptop in my lap was a lot more fun in the 60s than it is in the 80s! (Temperature not decade)

My Journey Towards Health & Fitness
I'm not sure I will ever achieve slender ... never mind skinny ... but I am going to be fit and healthy one of these days! This is a journal of my journey from 415 pounds to wherever God intends me to be. It won't be easy ... and it won't always be pretty! But it will be my journey and one worth documenting!
